A signed rental/security agreement along with a $500 deposit will be required to secure your date - due at time of booking.
This deposit should be considered non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if your event is carried out as planned and Terms and Conditions below are met, your deposit will be refunded to you in approximately two weeks after your wedding is completed.
Payment in full is expected two weeks prior to your wedding date along with your specific details and final guest count. If payment is not made two weeks prior, your date will not be guaranteed and your deposit may be forfeited.
Terms and Conditions of Rental
All Children must remain with a parent at all times.
No Smoking inside the Bridal Suite or the reception hall at any time. Smoking is only allowed outside.
No alcoholic beverages.
All vehicles must be moved from the drop off/delivery area and parked in designated parking area within 15 minutes.
Events must be over and cleanup started by no later than 11:00 PM
No food or drink other than water allowed in the Bridal Suite.
Additional Site Visits/Consultations
Included with your 100 guest rental are two additional site visits or consultations to bring your wedding party, your parents, any vendors that need a walk-through. The first is at your discretion just make sure to call for an appointment - the next will be at two weeks prior to your wedding date to bring the final payment on your account, advise me of your final guest count and discuss last minute details of your day. Please call for appointment times. Any additional site visits will be charged at our regular rate of $100 per hour.
