Payment and Deposit
A signed rental/security agreement along with a $500 deposit will be required to secure your date - due
at time of booking.
This deposit should be considered non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if your event
is carried out as planned and Terms and Conditions below are met, your deposit will be refunded to you
in approximately two weeks after your wedding is completed.
Payment in full is expected two weeks prior to your wedding date along with your specific details and
final guest count. If payment is not made two weeks prior, your date will not be guaranteed and your
deposit may be forfeited.
Terms and Conditions of Rental
Additional Site Visits/Consultations
Included with your 100 guest rental are two additional site visits or consultations to bring your wedding
party, your parents, any vendors that need a walk-through. The first is at your discretion just make sure
to call for an appointment - the next will be at two weeks prior to your wedding date to bring the final
payment on your account, advise me of your final guest count and discuss last minute details of your
day. Please call for appointment times. Any additional site visits will be charged at our regular rate of
$100 per hour.
We do not provide:
Unity Candle
Cake topper
Personal flowers - bouquets/nosegay/boutonniere/corsages
Musicians/DJ
Cake servers and attendant
Ceremony Director
Child care
Aisle Runner
Food or alcohol
Guest Book and Pen
Professional Photography
Toasting flutes
Videographer
Candles

Terms and Conditions of Rental
- All Children must remain with a parent at all times.
- No Smoking inside the Bridal Suite or the reception hall at any time. Smoking is only allowed
outside. - No alcoholic beverages.
- All vehicles must be moved from the drop off/delivery area and parked in designated parking
area within 15 minutes. - Events must be over and cleanup started by no later than 11:00 PM
- No food or drink other than water allowed in the Bridal Suite.
